摘要
为促进交叉路口信号灯优化配时的进一步研究和实践,以合肥市的实际情况出发,从车辆通行能力、行人过人行横道二次过街与视野盲区问题分析交叉口典型的现状,对现状存在的问题和危险进行探讨。并利用韦伯斯特模型算法,求其饱和流量、通行能力、绿信比、饱和度、延误等基本指标参数,来对信号灯配时进行优化设计。研究表明,信号灯优化配时理论研究具有重大的理论与实践价值,但目前存在信号灯配时与人行横道设计不适应该地区交通流的周期性变化的问题。在数据收集,综合延误、行人通行能力等指标进行研究设计。
In order to promote the further research and practice of the optimal timing of traffic lights at intersections.And based on the actual situation of Hefei city,this paper analyzes the current situation of typical intersections from the aspects of vehicle capacity,pedestrians crossing the crosswalk and the blind area of visual field,and discusses the existing problems and dangers.By using the Webster model algorithm,the saturation flow,capacity,green signal ratio,saturation,delay and other basic parameters are obtained to optimize the timing design of the signal lamp.The results show that the study on the optimal timing of signal lights is of great theoretical and practical value,but there is a problem that the timing of signal lights and the design of crosswalks are not suitable for the periodical change of traffic flow.Research design is focused on data collection,comprehensive delay,pedestrian capacity and other indicators.
