摘要
当前国内信号交叉口存在大量的电动车-机动车混行现行,使得交叉口交通秩序混乱,交通事故发生几率高。电动车在交叉口行驶时具有成群性、摇摆性、膨胀性、速度较快、轻便灵活且具有行驶轨迹多变的特点,与传统的自行车有很大的不同。信号交叉口机动车与电动车的冲突中以左转弯为最常见。电动车左转弯常与机动车冲突,应设计出电动车跟随机动车相位左转、设置左转电动车待行区、左转电动车二次过街、同一相位两次绿灯法、非机动车专用相位、电动车和行人一体化模式等交通组织方法,优化交叉口的交通状况。
In accordance with the phenomenon of mixed traffic of electric vehicles and motor vehicles at signalized intersections in China, this paper analyzes the methods on traffic organization for electric vehicles at signalized intersections through field investigation and observation at typical intersections and combining the research of mixed traffic at home and abroad. Based on the traffic conflicts between the motor vehicles and the electric vehicles at the signalized intersections, this paper proposes that the traffic conflicts of the intersection can be taken into consideration in the same phase and the discrimination conditions can be made clear. Combined with typical intersection examples, this paper proves the methodological feasibility of traffic organization at signalized intersections under certain conditions and some suggestions are given at last. The research can provide technical reference for solving the problem of motor vehicleelectric vehicle mixed travel at intersections.
