摘要
我国具有丰富的近现代边疆外文地方文献资源。针对当前文献整理出版工作较弱的情况,文章以哈尔滨的外文地方文献为例,提出可以在文献目录、成体系的报刊图书、回忆录等三类出版选题方面有所作为,并对出版时在文献史料性、立场倾向性、语言变迁性等方面要把握好的特点进行分析。
China has rich resources of modern frontier foreign local documents. In view of the current weak situation of literature collation and publication, this paper takes the foreign local literature in Harbin as an example, and puts forward three kinds of publishing topics, including literature catalogue, systematic periodicals and books, memoirs, and analyzes the characteristics that should be grasped: historical value,position inclination, language vicissitude.
