摘要
目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植治疗中卵子和胚胎质量对生化妊娠周期的影响。方法选取2016年6月~2018年6月,我院接受体外受精-胚胎移植治疗中的82例生化妊娠周期作为观察组,并在同期内选择单胚胎种植单胎足月妊娠患者的329例周期作为对照组,对两组的卵子质量及胚胎质量进行观察。结果研究组的获卵个数(10.1±1.0)个、成熟MⅡ期卵子数(7.6±1.0)个、正常形态卵子率(45.12%)低于对照组,研究组的颗粒异常率(10.98%)、极体异常率(17.07%)、卵周隙异常率(19.51%)及SER率(6.09%)均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的优质胚胎数低于对照组(2.90±0.50)个(P<0.05)。结论在体外受精-胚胎移植治疗中,卵子质量降低,不仅将影响胚胎质量,且将引发生化妊娠,提高卵子及胚胎质量将降低生化妊娠发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of egg and embryo quality on biochemical pregnancy cycle during in vitro fertilization and embryo trans plantation.Methods 82 cases of biochemical pregnancy cycle who underwent in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the study group,and 329 cases of single embryo implantation single-fetus full-term pregnancy were selected as the control group during the same period.Then the egg mass and embryo quality of the two groups were observed.Results The number of eggs obtained in the study group(10.1±1.0),the number of mature MⅡeggs(7.6±1.0),and the normal morphological egg rate(45.12%)were lower than those of the control group.The granule abnormal rate(10.98%),the abnormal body rate(17.07%),the abnormal rate of the perivitelulus(19.51%)and the SER rate(6.09%)of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The number of high quality embryos in the study group was lower than that of the control group(2.90±0.50)(P<0.05).Conclusion In in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer treatment,the quality of the egg is reduced,which will not only affect the quality of the embryo,but also cause biochemical pregnancy,and improve the quality of the egg and embryo,and will reduce the incidence of biochemical pregnancy.
