摘要
针对换热站设备发生故障时不能及时诊断并处理的问题,采用控制系统标准化方式,研制出一套可方便进行故障分析统计及比较的换热站标准化,巡检人员在对设备进行定期巡检过程中可以根据设置的标准化参数迅速判断故障原因并及时处理故障,避免不必要的损失,大唐吉林发电有限公司热力分公司经过标准化的实施,完成了部分热力站的统一规划,提高了巡检人员和运行人员的工作效率,更加方便对换热站的控制与显示。
In view of the problem that the equipment of heat exchange station can not be diagnosed and dealt with in time in case of failure,a set of standardization of heat exchange station which is convenient for failure analysis,statistics and comparison is developed by adopting the standardized control system.When inspecting the equipment,inspectors can quickly judge the cause of the fault according to the standardized parameter settings,and deal with the fault in time to avoid unnecessary loss.After standardized implementation,the thermal branch of Datang Jilin Power Generation Co.,Ltd.has completed the unified planning of some thermal power stations,improved the work efficiency of inspectors and operators,and facilitated the control and display of the stations by the thermal power company.
