摘要
针对某环保电厂发电机转子启动过程中过临界振动偏高的问题,分析其原因是由于发电机转子一阶质量不平衡较大,发现发电机转子存在一定的热变形,导致停机过临界时振动较小。通过对发电机转子进行现场高速动平衡,将发电机转子过临界振动值有效降低,有效解决了该机组冷态启动异常问题。
Aiming at the problem of high over-critical vibration of generator rotor during start-up process in an environmental protection power plant,the reason is that the first-order mass imbalance of the generator rotor is large.It is found that there is a certain thermal deformation in the generator rotor,which results in a small vibration when the generator stops over the critical condition.Through high-speed dynamic balance of generator rotor on site,the over critical vibration value of generator rotor is effectively reduced,and the abnormal cold start of the unit is effectively solved.
