摘要
张力控制是诸多行业中卷绕系统的关键技术,直接影响着产品的质量。针对卷绕张力系统耦合性强,干扰因素较多等问题,提出了一种鲁棒性强的模糊非线性积分滑模控制方法。以伺服电机为张力执行机构对卷绕张力系统进行数学建模。提出双闭环控制方案并设计了模糊非线性积分滑模张力控制器和具有过渡过程的转矩PID控制器。在MATLAB/Simulink环境中建立了张力控制系统模型并进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明张力控制系统具有启动过程快速稳定,抗干扰能力强等特点。
Tension control is the key technology of winding system in many industries,which directly affects the quality of products.Aiming at the problems of strong coupling and many disturbance factors in winding tension system,a robust fuzzy nonlinear integral sliding mode control method is proposed.The mathematical model of winding tension is established by using servo motor as tension actuator.A double closed-loop control scheme is proposed and a fuzzy non-linear integral sliding mode tension controller and a torque PID controller with transition process are designed.A tension control system model is established in MATLAB/Simulink environment and verified by simulation.The simulation results show that the tension control system has the characteristics of fast and stable start-up process and strong anti-interference ability.
