摘要
目的研究口腔按摩联合张口训练对鼻咽癌放疗后张口困难和口咽舒适度的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年6月本院收治的鼻咽癌放疗患者93例,根据患者意愿将其分为研究组(n=47)和对照组(n=46)。对照组采用常规单纯张口训练,研究组在对照组基础上联合实施口腔按摩,对比两组患者接受不同护理干预后张口困难、口咽舒适度评分及口咽疼痛评分情况。结果研究组I^II级张口困难占比为78.72%(37/47),高于对照组56.52%(26/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组口咽舒适度、口咽疼痛评分分别为(2.64±1.35)分、(2.01±1.04)分,均低于对照组(6.32±1.67)分、(5.21±1.01)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌放疗后应用张口训练结合口腔按摩,可有效缓解张口困难程度,改善口咽舒适度,提高患者生活质量,具有临床推广和应用价值。
Objective To study the effect of oral massage combined with open-mouth training on mouth opening difficulty and oropharynx comfort of patients after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 93 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma treated at our hospital from June,2017 to June,2019 were divided into a study group(n=47)and a control group(n=46)according to their wishes.The control group took routine mouth opening training,and the study group oral massage and mouth opening training.The mouth opening difficulty and oropharynx comfort and pain were compared between these two groups.Results 78.72%(37/47)patients got grade I-II mouth opening difficulty in the study group,and 56.52%(26/46)in the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The scores of oropharynx comfort and pain were(2.64±1.35)and(2.01±1.04)in the study group,and were(6.32±1.67)and(5.21±1.01)in the control group,with statistical differences(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mouth opening training combined with oral massage in patients after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma can effectively alleviate the difficulty of opening mouth,improve their oropharynx comfort of and quality of life.It has the value of clinical promotion and application.
