摘要
菏泽市应坚持质量兴农、品牌兴农、绿色兴农的原则,推动农业高质高效发展,深化农业产业结构调整,培育发展农业“新六产”,促进农业整体水平提升,加快农业发展载体建设,补齐农业基础设施短板,增强农业科技创新能力,健全农业信息服务体系,并切实采取强化组织领导、完善扶持政策和深化农村改革等措施,努力实现由农业大市向农业强市的跨越。
Adhering to the developing principles based on quality,brand and green agriculture,Heze City should promote the high-quality and high-efficient development,deepen the adjustment of industrial structure,cultivate and develop Six New Agricultural Products,promote the overall level,speed up the construction of development carriers,supplement the short board of infrastructure,enhance the ability of agricultural science and technology innovation,improve information service system,and take such measures as strengthening organizational leadership,improving support policies and deepening rural reform,to strive to realize the leap from large to strong.
