摘要
目的对云南省不同产地三七的成分进行分析。方法采用L9(34)正交实验,优化三七中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1的超声提取方法。利用HPLC法测定云南省不同产地的21批三七样品中三种皂苷的含量,SPSS数据分析软件比较分析其含量数据差异。结果云南省不同产地的21批三七样品中3种皂苷的含量范围分别是:三七皂苷R10.30~1.43 mg/g、人参皂苷Rg11.77~5.52 mg/g、人参皂苷Rb11.76~3.44 mg/g。21批云南不同产地三七样品中皂苷含量均符合药典要求,其中采自大理云龙的三七样品中各皂苷含量均较高,甚至高于来自道地产区文山的样品。同时建立三七的HPLC指纹图谱,样品出峰个数为32个,选取人参皂苷Rb1为参照峰,共有峰占总峰数比例达到71.88%。结论云南省不同产地的三七样品所含成分基本一致。方法简便、灵敏,可用于不同产地三七的成分质量分析及评价。
Objective To analyze the ingredient of Panax Notoginseng from different producing areas in Yunnan Province.Methods L9(34)orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the ultrasonic extraction method for notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 from Panax Notoginseng,then the method was used to treat Panax Notoginseng from different planting areas,Yunnan Province,and the content of these three kinds of Saponin were determinated by HPLC.SPSS data analysis software was used to compare the difference of its content data.Results The content of three kinds of saponin from different planting areas varies:notoginsenoside R10.30-1.43 mg/g,ginsenoside Rg11.77-5.52 mg/g and ginsenoside Rb11.76~3.44 mg/g.The Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015)states that the total amount of notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 in Panax notoginseng should not be less than 5.0%.The results showed that the saponin content of Panax notoginseng samples from different producing areas in Yunnan all meet the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia.The content of saponins in the sample collected from the Dali Yunlong was highest,even higher than that from genuine producing area Wenshan.And the HPLC fingerprint of Panax Notoginsengwas also established.The number of peaks in the sample were 32,and 23 of them are same,the proportion of the commonl peaks reached 71.88%.The ginsenoside Rb1 was selected as the reference peak to caculate the relative retention time,the RSD was between 0.001% and 0.018%,the results indicating that the components of the Panax Notoginseng from different producing areas were basically the same.Conclusion The method is simple and sensitive,and can be used for quality analysis and quality evaluation of Panax notoginseng from different producing areas.
