摘要
目的:研究黄连与三七配伍对三七中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1及三七皂苷R1溶出率的影响。方法:提取条件:提取溶剂乙醇的体积分数分别为30%、65%及95%;超声提取时间分别为0.5 h、1.0 h、2.0 h;三七、黄连配伍比例分别为1:0、4:1、3:1、2:1、1:1、1:2、1:3、1:4、0:1。采用高效液相色谱法分析提取液中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1和三七皂苷R1的含量,并对上述提取条件下各成分的溶出率进行分析。结果:体积分数30%乙醇超声提取1.0 h各成分的溶出率较高;在体积分数30%乙醇超声1.0 h提取条件下,当药对的配伍比例为12时,3种成分的总溶出率最高。结论:三七、黄连药对最佳提取条件为体积分数30%乙醇超声1.0 h,三七、黄连配伍比例不同,三七中各成分溶出率有明显不同。
Objective:To study the effect of Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis)compatibility with Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng)on the dissolution rate of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 in Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng).Methods:Extraction conditions:the volume fraction of Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng)-Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis)in the extraction solvent ethanol was 30%,65%and 95%respectively;the ultrasonic extraction time was 0.5 h,1.0 h and 2.0 h respectively;the compatibility ratio of Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng)and Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis)was 1:0,4:1,3:1,2:1,1:1,1:2,1:3,1:4 and 0:1 respectively.The contents of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1 in the extract were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography,and the dissolution rates of Rg1,Rh1 and R1 under the above extraction conditions were analyzed.Results:Compared with other extraction conditions,the dissolution rate of Rg1,RB1 and R1 was higher when the volume fraction of 30%ethanol was 1.0 h,and the total dissolution rate of the three components was the highest when the compatibility ratio of the medicine pair was 1:2 when the volume fraction of 30%ethanol was 1.0 h.Conclusion:The best extraction condition of Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis)compatibility with Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng)was 30%ethanol ultrasound for 1.0 h.The compatibility ratio of Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis)and Sanqi(Radix Notoginseng)was different under 30%ethanol ultrasound for 1.0 h.The dissolution rates of Rg1,RB1 and R1 in Sanqi were obviously different.
