摘要 通过对全自动酶免分析仪试剂加注量、洗板功能、孵育温度和吸光度准确性等计量特性的原理解析,分析探讨其主要参数和计量校准方法,为该仪器吸光度、温度及洗板系统的计量校准提供较为完整的参考方法。分别通过标准吸光度标准物质检测酶标示值,衡量法检测洗板机、试剂分配准确性,用数字温度计检测孵育温度的准确性和均匀性,使校准方法科学完整。该方法可实现对全自动酶免分析仪酶标测量、洗板机、注样精度以及孵育温度等主要参数的校准,从而保证酶免分析结果的可靠性。 Through analyzed the principle of the metrological characteristics,that included the volume of adding reagent,function of washing plate,incubation temperature and accuracy of absorbance etc.,of the full-automatic enzyme immunoassay analyzer to analyze its main parameters,and to explore the method of metrological calibration of this analyzer,and to provide a relatively complete reference method for the metrological calibration of absorbance,temperature and washing plate system of this instrument.The labeled value of enzyme was detected by standard substance of standard absorbance,and the accuracies of microplate washer and reagent distribution were detected by measure method,and the accuracy and uniformity of incubation temperature were measured by digital thermometer.And these methods ensured calibration method was scientific and complete.This method can realize the calibrations for the main parameters such as measurement of enzyme marker,microplate washer,injection precision and incubation temperature of full-automatic enzyme immunoassay analyzer,so as to ensure the reliability of the results of enzyme immunoassay.
