医用输液泵液体输送动力学与流速校准及计量方法研究 被引量:17

摘要 医用输液泵因能够准确控制液体流速,液流线性度良好,不产生脉冲,故主要用于大容量和较高流速的静脉常规输液,以确保药液能够速率均匀、药量精准、长时间安全地进人体。完成此功能的执行机件是动力泵,指状蠕动泵因其体积小、重量轻,定量准确,是目前输液泵广泛采用的液体输送动力泵。通过分析全挤压式指状蠕动泵和半挤压式指状蠕动泵的工作原理及结构组成,并对输液泵在应用中的优缺点进行深入探讨,从而重视对输液泵输注速率和计量作定期校准,以保证输液泵输注安全可靠。 Medical infusion pump can control the liquid flow rate accurately due to the liquid flow good linearity, no pulse is generated, which is mainly used for large-capacity and high flow rate of a conventional intravenous infusion rate to ensure that the liquid can be uniformly accurate dose, safely into the human body for a long time. The mechanical power pump is the component of implementation. The finger peristaltic pump is currently widely used for liquid infusion power pump which is small, light and accurate. This paper gives a detailed analysis of works and structures of the whole squeeze finger peristaltic pump and half extrusion finger peristaltic pump. It gives a depth discussion of the features, calibration and measurement of flow rate.
