摘要
目的:为保证医用高值耗材的使用安全和质量监控,构建医用高值耗材一物一码的全流程追溯管理系统,以保证医用高值耗材的使用安全和质量监控。方法:对高值耗材的追踪码与出厂码一对一地进行系统关联,以二维码扫描方式跟踪控制,核对高值耗材在医学工程科零库存的直入直出,并同步计费与患者信息同时进入医院信息系统(HIS)。结果:医用高值耗材追溯管理系统关联了手术医嘱、患者信息、医用高值耗材信息及厂家信息,实现高值耗材一对一全流程追溯管理,提高了工作效率和高值耗材调配的安全性。结论:医用高值耗材追溯管理系统通过二维码全程跟踪控制,确保其使用安全和全程追溯,可实现医用高值耗材全流程信息化监管。
Objective:To construct a whole process retrospective management system with“one thing,one code”of medical high value consumable so as to ensure the safe use and quality monitoring of medical high value consumables.Methods:The tracking code and factory code of one-to-one associated high-value consumables were tracked and controlled by means of two-dimension(2D)code scanning.The direct entrance and delivery of high value consumables of zero inventory of medical engineering department were verified and billed at the same time,and they were combined with information of patients to be entered into hospital information system(HIS).Results:The retrospective management system of high value consumables related the doctors’orders,patients’information,information of medical high value consumables and factory information,and it realized the one-to-one whole process retrospective management of high value consumables,and it improved the work efficiency and the safety of the deployment of high value consumables.Conclusion:Through whole process tracking control with 2D code,the retrospective management system of high value consumables can ensure the safe use and whole process tracking so as to achieve whole process informatization supervision for high value consumables.
