摘要
针对物资采购监管提出新的方法和路子,从采购流程再造、权力制衡、阳光采购、制度监管、信息化管理等方面规范耗材采购,增加了耗材采购的透明度、降低了采购成本,加强了廉政建设,赢得了群众口碑,实现了医院经济效益和社会效益双赢。
