摘要
高校作为技术创新体系中的重要组成部分,在产业创新发展中起着重要作用。梳理了高校与区域产业融合发展研究现状,指出高校与区域产业融合发展缺乏顶层设计、高校管理体系相对封闭、政府定位不清、主体意识不强、评价机制缺位等问题,提出构建"五位一体"校地融合协同发展模式,建立高校与区域产业融合发展动态监测评估机制,促进高校创新资源集聚和开放共享,推动高校创新资源为区域产业发展服务,有力助推校地深度融合和产业高质量发展。
As an important part in the technological innovation system,universities play an important role in industrial innovation development. This paper first reviews the integrated development researches between universities and regional industries.Relevant problems are pointed out,such as inadequate top-level design,relatively closed management system of universities,obscure government orientation,weak subjectivity consciousness and missing assessment mechanism. It then proposes the construction of a five-in-one coordinated development model of universities and regional industries. It is necessary to establish a dynamic monitoring and evaluation mechanism for university-industry integration,and promote the gathering and open sharing of innovative resources in universities. It can promote the services of innovative resources in universities for the regional industrial development. Finally,it can vigorously promote deeper university-industry integration,and high-quality development of regional industries.
