摘要
通过文献研究、对比研究以及调研交流,在了解目前高等医药院校实验室管理现状的基础上,分析现有模式存在的问题,同时提出三层实验室管理模式,以学校基础医学院及护理学院为试点,尝试搭建实验室可视化管理平台,探索开放性实验室道路。实验室可视化管理平台的构建,有利于改善实验室分散管理现状、实现实验资源的整合共享、进一步提高实验教学质量及科研水平。
Through literature research,comparative studies and research exchangesseminars,in we understanooding the current situation of laboratory management in higher medical colleges. on the basis of Based on the understanding,we analysis analyzed of existing problems in model and proposed a three-tier management mode of for laboratory management,and took school School of basic Basic medical Medical sciences Sciences and College of nursing Nursing for as the pilot,to trying to to build a management platform for the laboratory,and,exploring explore the road to for open laboratory opening. Laboratory construction of A visualization management platform is constructed,to it improves the laboratory integration of decentralized management situation,implements the resource sharing,and further improving improves the quality of experiment teaching and scientific research.
