摘要
中国特色社会主义进入新时代,生态文明建设被提到国家发展战略的高度。新冠疫情肆虐再次证明推动生态文明建设的极端重要性,也更加凸显了培塑生态人前所未有的紧迫性。生态人是人类文明演进中人自身发展的必然趋势。从个人、国情、世情三个层面考量,培塑新时代生态人,是培育时代新人的重要内容,对于促进人的自由全面发展、加快美丽中国建设、推动人类命运共同体构建,都具有非常重大的意义。新时代生态人的养成不是自发的过程,需要以强化生态文明理念的宣传教育为思想前提,以推动高质量绿色发展为物质基础,以健全生态环保法制为刚性要求,以践行绿色生活方式为落地见效的保证。
Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the construction of ecological civilization has been raised to the height of the national development strategy. The outbreak of Covid-19 Epidemic Situation,once again,proves the extreme importance of promoting ecological civilization construction,and highlights the urgency of cultivate ecological person. Ecological person is an inevitable trend of human development in the evolution of human civilization. From the perspective of individual,national conditions and world conditions,it is an important part of cultivating new people in the new era to cultivate ecological person in the new era. It is of great significance to promote the comprehensive development of people,accelerate the building Wild China,and promote building a Community with a Shared Future for mankind. The formation of ecological person is not a spontaneous process. It needs to take the publicity and education of strengthening the concept of ecological civilization as the ideological premise,the promotion of high-quality green development as the material basis,the improvement of ecological environmental protection legal system as the rigid requirement,and the practice of green lifestyle as the guarantee of effective implementation.
