摘要
用聚醚多元醇A、聚醚二醇B、聚酯多元醇PS-2915、三乙醇胺、水和其他助剂制备了喷涂管道用全水发泡聚氨酯硬泡组合聚醚,并对其反应性能、黏度进行评价,对使用该组合聚醚和多异氰酸酯PM-200制得的聚氨酯泡沫材料的性能进行研究。结果表明,在合适的原料用量时,制得的组合聚醚黏度较低,与多异氰酸酯PM-200的反应速度满足喷涂管道生产工艺要求。当喷涂制得的聚氨酯泡沫单层厚度7 mm左右,泡沫体具有较高的粘接强度、较好的韧性和较低的导热系数,密度61 kg/m^3的泡沫压缩强度达到526 kPa。制得的喷涂管道产品满足GB/T 34611—2017要求。
A premixed polyol of all-water blown rigid polyurethane foam for spray pipelines manufacture was prepared using polyether polyol A,polyether diol B,polyester polyol PS-2915,triethanolamine,water and other additives.The reaction performance and viscosity of the premixed polyol were evaluated.The properties of the rigid polyurethane foam prepared by the premixed polyol and polyisocyanate PM-200 were investigated.The results showed that,the premixed polyol had a lower viscosity when proper amount of raw materials were used.The reaction rate of the premixed polyol with polyisocyanate PM-200 met the production process requirements of spray winding pipeline production line.When the single layer thickness was about 7 mm,the rigid polyurethane foam had good bonding strength between spraying layers,lower thermal conductivity,good toughness and the compressive strength of 526 kPa at density of 61 kg/m^3.The spray pipeline products met the requirements of GB/T 34611-2017.
