摘要
研究泡沫体积和磷石膏含量对泡沫磷石膏导热系数、耐水系数和力学强度的影响。试验设定泡沫的体积为0%~60%,磷石膏含量为0%~35%,进一步深入研究湿度和磷石膏含量对试样力学强度的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜测定磷石膏和泡沫磷石膏试样微观结构。结果表明:泡沫体积与导热系数、耐水系数和力学强度之间的关系呈负相关线性函数。磷石膏含量越高,泡沫磷石膏试样的密实度、孔隙直径和体积均得到较好的改善效果。添加一定含量的磷石膏可以提高泡沫磷石膏的导热系数、耐水系数和力学强度,其可为节能墙体材料在建筑工程中的应用提供参考。
The effect of foam volume and phosphogypsum content on the thermal conductivity,water resistance and mechanical strength of foam phosphogypsum was studied in this paper.The volume range of foam and the content of phosphogypsum was set as 0%to 60%and 0%to 35%,respectively.Furthermore,the effects of humidity and phosphogypsum content on the mechanical strength of the samples were investigated by scanning electron microscope,and the microstructure of phosphogypsum and foam phosphogypsum samples was determined.The results showed that there was a negative correlation between the volume of foam and thermal conductivity,water resistance coefficient and mechanical strength.The higher the phosphogypsum content was,the better the compactness,pore diameter and volume of foam phosphogypsum samples were.Therefore,adding a certain amount of phosphogypsum could improve the thermal conductivity,water resistance and mechanical strength of foam phosphogypsum.The research results could provide reference for the application of energy-saving wall materials in construction projects.
