妇科宫腔疾病特点及阴道超声诊断分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析妇科宫腔疾病特点,同时对阴道超声诊断结果进行探讨。方法选取所在医院2017年9月—2019年2月期间120例妇科宫腔疾病患者作为观察组,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。同时,选取同期120名健康体检者作为对照组,所选受检者均接受阴道超声诊断,总结宫腔疾病子宫血流特点,同时对超声检查结果进行相应分析。结果观察组子宫动脉阻力指数、子宫内膜厚度、子宫动脉搏动指数均明显低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(t=8.637、11.521、6.829,P=0.000);阴道超声诊断正确109例,诊断正确率达到90.83%;阴道超声诊断子宫肌瘤、宫颈息肉、宫颈癌、内膜癌的准确率与手术病理结果对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对观察组患者阴道超声检查满意度进行调查,结果显示患者对阴道超声检查满意度为91.67%。结论对于宫腔疾病患者而言,其子宫动脉阻力指数、子宫内膜厚度、子宫动脉搏动指数与健康人群存在一定差异,可作为宫腔疾病的主要诊断依据。采用阴道超声技术进行检查,诊断符合率高,对患者明确病情及制定诊疗方案均有一定帮助。 Objective To analyze the characteristics of gynecological uterine cavity disease and to investigate the results of vaginal ultrasound diagnosis.Methods A total of 120 patients with gynecological uterine cavity disease were enrolled in the hospital from September 2017 to February 2019.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.At the same time,120 healthy subjects were selected as the control group,and the selected subjects were diagnosed by vaginal ultrasound.The characteristics of uterine blood flow in uterine cavity disease were summarized,and the results of ultrasound examination were analyzed accordingly.Results The uterine artery resistance index,endometrial thickness and uterine artery pulsation index were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=8.637,11.521,6.829,P=0.000).The correct diagnosis of vaginal ultrasound was 109 cases.The correct rate reached 90.83%;the accuracy of vaginal ultrasound diagnosis of uterine fibroids,cervical polyps,cervical cancer,endometrial cancer and surgical pathology were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the satisfaction of patients with transvaginal ultrasonography was in vestigated in the observation group,and the results showed that the satisfaction of patients with transvaginal ultrasonogruphy was 91.67%.Conclusion For patients with uterine cavity disease,the uterine artery resistance index,endometrial thickness,uterine artery pulsation index and the healthy population have some differences,which can be used as the main diagnostic basis for uterine cavity disease.The use of vaginal ultrasound technology for examination,high diagnostic compliance rate,the patient's clear condition and the development of treatment plans are helpful.
