摘要
目的:将口服胃肠超声造影剂超声检查技术应用于胃部病变,评估其在胃部病变的诊断及鉴别诊断价值,进一步为临床对胃部病变的检查选择提供新的参考。方法:随机选取我院经病理证实有胃部病变的患者(共56例),所有患者均行常规超声及口服胃肠超声造影剂超声检查,依据病理良恶性结果,分析其结果。结果:经病理证实的56例胃部病变患者中,良性病变患者20例(炎性息肉8例、胃溃疡12例),恶性病变患者36例(胃癌20例,间质瘤16例);在常规超声检查中,其对胃部病变诊断的符合率为46.43%(26/56),对恶性病变诊断的符合率50.00%(18/36)。在口服胃肠超声造影剂超声检查中,其对胃部病变诊断的符合率为87.50%(49/56),对恶性病变诊断符合率为88.89%(32/36)。口服胃肠超声造影剂超声检查技术对胃部病变及恶性病变的诊断符合率均高于常规超声(P均<0.05)。结论:口服胃肠超声造影剂超声检查技术可进一步提高胃部病变及恶性病变的诊断价值。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic and differential diagnosis value of oral gastrointestinal ultrasonography in gastric lesions,and to provide a new reference for clinical selection of gastric lesions.Methods A total of 56 patients(56 cases)confirmed by pathology in our hospital were randomly selected,all of whom underwent conventional ultrasound and oral gastrointestinal ultrasound contrast medium ultrasound examination,and the results were analyzed according to the pathological benign and malignant results.Results Among the 56 patients with gastric lesions confirmed by pathology,there were 20 patients with benign lesions(8 with inflammatory polyps and 12 with gastric ulcers)and 36 patients with malignant lesions(20 with gastric cancer and 16 with stromal tumors).In conventional ultrasonography,the coincidence rate of the diagnosis of gastric lesions was 46.43%(26/56),and that of malignant lesions was 50.00%(18/36).In the oral gastrointestinal ultrasound contrast agent ultrasound examination,the coincidence rate of diagnosis of gastric lesions and malignant lesions was 87.50%(49/56)and 88.89%(32/36).The coincidence rate of oral gastrointestinal ultrasonography in diagnosis of gastric lesions and malignant lesions was higher than that of conventional ultrasonography(all P<0.05).Conclusion Oral gastrointestinal ultrasonography can further improve the diagnostic value of gastric lesions and malignant lesions.
