摘要 目的:基于熵权的逼近理想解排序(technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution,TOPSIS)模型对某院多参数监护仪进行故障树分析(fault tree analysis,FTA),提出符合实际情况的维护建议,降低其故障率。方法:应用FTA法建立多参数监护仪故障树并对其进行定性和定量分析,采用基于熵权的TOPSIS模型对结构重要度、概率重要度、关键重要度进行综合分析,得到事件对多参数监护仪发生故障的影响程度。结果:提出了多参数监护仪在日常保养、一级维护保养和二级维护保养方面的维护建议。结论:基于熵权的TOPSIS模型的多参数监护仪FTA分析可为多参数监护仪的预防性维护保养及操作指南提供参考依据。 Objective To execute the multi-parameter monitor fault tree analysis(FTA)by technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)model based on entropy weight in some hospital and put forward corresponding suggestions so as to decrease the fault rate.Methods FTA was applied to the qualitative and quantitative analyses of the multi-parameter monitor.The structural importance,probability importance and criticality importance were analyzed comprehensively by TOPSIS model based on entropy weight,so that the influence degree of the events on the faults of the multi-parameter monitor were obtained.Results The maintenance suggestions of the multi-parameter monitor in daily maintenance,primary maintenance and secondary maintenance were suggested.Conclusion Multi-parameter monitor fault tree analysis by using TOPSIS based on entropy weight provides references for its preventive maintenance and operation guidance.
