摘要
目的:观察普外科小切口手术治疗急性阑尾炎的临床效果.方法:2017年5月-2019年8月收治急性阑尾炎患者106例,按治疗方式不同分为两组,各53例.参照组采用传统手术治疗;试验组采用小切口手术治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:试验组治疗优良率明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用小切口手术治疗急性阑尾炎,可有效提高治疗效果.
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of small incision surgery in general surgery for acute appendicitis.Methods:From May 2017 to August 2019,106 patients with acute appendicitis were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods with 53 cases in each group.The reference group was treated by traditional surgery,the experimental group was treated by small incision surgery.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small incision surgery for acute appendicitis can effectively improve the therapeutic effects.
