摘要
目的探究患有血栓性血小板减少性紫癜的患者进行血浆治疗后采用循证护理对其生活质量的影响。方法方便选取该院2016年11月—2018年11月收治的80例患有血栓性血小板减少性紫癜患者为研究样本,分为对照组和实验组,两组患者均采用血浆置换疗法进行治疗,对照组患者采用一般护理,实验组患者采用循证护理,比较两组患者的SAS、SDS评分和病情复发率。结果护理前两组SAS,SDS评分差异无统计学意义﹙t=0.552、0.434,P=0.583、0.665>0.05﹚,护理后实验组SAS,SDS评分低于对照组﹙t=2.233、3.051,P=0.028、0.003<0.05﹚;干预后实验组的病情复发以及并发症概率为5.0%,低于对照组25.0%(χ^2=6.275,P=0.012<0.05);干预前,两组患者PSQI评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.842,P=0.402>0.05);干预后,实验组患者PSQ I评分均显著优于对照组(t=73.628,P=0.000<0.05)。结论患有血栓性血小板减少紫癜的患者,经过治疗后,采用循证护理的治疗方案效果最佳,将患者心理因素对身体负面的影响降到最低,提高了患者睡眠质量,临床上值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based care on quality of life in patients with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura after plasma therapy.Methods Convenienty select 80 patients with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura from November 2016 to November 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group.Both groups were treated with plasma exchange therapy.Using general care,patients in the experimental group were treated with evidence-based care,and the SAS,SDS scores,and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were not different,the difference was not statistically significant﹙t=0.552,0.434,P=0.583,0.665>0.05﹚.After treatment,the SAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group﹙t=2.233,3.051,P=0.028,0.003<0.05﹚;the probability of recurrence and complication of the experimental group was 5.0% after intervention,which was lower than 25.0%in the control group(χ^2=6.275,P=0.012<0.05);Before the intervention,the PSQI scores of the two groups were not significantly different(t=0.842,P=0.402>0.05).After the intervention,the PSQI score of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(t=73.628,P=0.000<0.05).Conclusion Patients with thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura,after treatment,use the evidence-based treatment program to achieve the best effect,reduce the negative impact of psychological factors on the body,improve the patient's sleep quality,clinically worth promoting.
