摘要
在对化工类高职院校教师评价现状分析的基础上,明确了教师评价的基本原则,设计了基于平衡计分卡-双重强制分布法的教师评价路径,将教师发展和院校战略目标充分结合,为教师评价提供了新的思路。
Based on the analysis of the present situation of teacher evaluation in higher vocational colleges of chemical engineering,the basic principles of teacher evaluation are clarified,and the path of teacher evaluation based on balanced scorecard and dual mandatory distribution method is designed.This fully combines the development of teachers with the strategic goals of colleges and provides a new way of thinking for the evaluation of teachers.
