摘要
贵州黔东南凯里地区多山多水,自古交通不便,养成了以食大米为主,喜酸嗜辣的独特饮食传统。随着与外界交流增多,凯里面食饮食日益丰富多样,其中除了贵州地区传统特色面条面食,全国各地的特色面条面食都在凯里扎下了根。凯里人还依靠自己的劳动和智慧,使用米粉的调制方法,制作出了具有凯里风味的面条面食。
Kaili located in the southeast of guizhou province,is characterized by mountains and rivers,resulted in the inconvenient transportation.Kaili people have developed a unique regional food tradition of eating rice and loving acid and spicy food.In Kaili the wheaten food has become more varied in recent years.The increasing variety of wheaten food is due to increased communication with people from all over the country.When you come to Kaili,you can not only eat a lot of traditional noodles from guizhou,but also eat noodles from all over the country.And Kaili people has created the Kaili flavor noodles by using the their own method of rice noodles with their labor and wisdom.
