川芎口崩片的制备及含量测定

摘要 阐述了粉末直接压片工艺制备川芎口崩片并对其质量进行评价。采用正交设计优化考察处方中各辅料之间的比例,根据优化后的处方制备川芎口崩片。以阿魏酸为指标,建立了高效液相色谱法对片剂的质量进行评价,方法学验证显示本检测方法专属性高,重复性好。 The preparation and quality evaluation of Ligusticum chuanxiong orally disintegrating tablets by powder direct compression were described.The orthogonal design was used to optimize the proportion of the excipients in the prescription,and Ligusticum chuanxiong orally disintegrating tablets were prepared according to the optimized prescription.With ferulic acid as the index,a HPLC method was established to evaluate the quality of tablets.The development of methodology shows that this method has high specificity and good repeatability.
