摘要
三焦乃人体气血津液运行之通道,主司五脏六腑、形体官窍、精血津液的气化转输。经血的运行、化生及贮藏皆赖三焦如雾、如沤、如渎的气化之性。多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)一病首责经水不调,其发病与气机不畅、水湿弥漫三焦而致寒痰、瘀血凝滞胞宫密切相关。故治疗PCOS当以通调三焦气机、清利湿热为主。临床中,可取杏仁、豆蔻、薏苡仁等化湿行气之品,以散脾、肺、肾三焦水湿;取柴胡、浙贝母以助三焦行气之功;取山茱萸、熟地黄、山药等补肾滋阴之品以固本;取白芍、当归、白术等养阴柔肝之品以健脾和胃。如此,则三焦湿有出路,痰瘀皆去,经血化生有源,胞宫得养。
Sanjiao is the channel for the movement of qi,blood and body fluid,which is mainly responsible for the qi movement and transportation of five zang visceras,six fu visceras,body organs and orifices,and essence blood and body fluid.The operation,metaplasia and storage of meridians all depend on the qi transformation characteristics of Sanjiao like fog,soaking,draining.Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is mainly caused by irregular menstruation.The pathogenesis of PCOS is closely related to the stagnation of qi movement,water-damp diffusing Sanjiao which cause the stagnation cold phlegm,blood stasis in the uterus.Therefore,the treatment of PCOS should be based on Tongtiao Sanjiao and clearing away dampness and heat.In clinic,Xingren(Semen Armeniacae Amarum),Doukou(Semen Myristicae),Yiyiren(Semen Coicis)can be used to disperse the dampness of spleen,lung and kidney;Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri),Zhebeimu(Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii)can be used to help Sanjiao move qi;Shanzhuyu(Fructus Corni),Shudihuang(Radix Rehmanniae Preparata),and Shanyao(Rhizoma Dioscoreae)can be used to strengthen the kidney and yin to consolidate body resistance;Baishao(Paeonia alba),Danggui(Angelica sinensis)and Baizhu(Atractylodes macrocephala)can be used to nourish yin and soften the liver to strengthen the spleen and stomach.In this way,there is a way out for Sanjiao dampness,phlegm and blood stasis are all gone,there are sources of meridians,and the uterus is nourished.
