摘要
与传统的乙烯基对苯二甲酸二酯类甲壳型液晶高分子不同,将中心桥键的酯键替换为酰胺键,并在侧基液晶基元两端引入异辛烷氧基,设计了一种含酰胺键及长支烷氧基尾链的新型甲壳型高分子。用红外红外光谱仪、核磁共振氢谱和凝胶渗透色谱,确定了其结构和分子链。用热重分析(TGA)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对其热性能进行了初步的研究。TGA表明,其分解温度为378.7℃。DSC数据中,玻璃化转变温度并不明显,POM也未发现液晶的双折射现象,是由于异辛烷氧基的引入导致甲壳效应降低,使聚合物无取向性。
Different from the conventional vinyl terephthalate diester mesogen jacketed liquid crystal polymer, the ester bond of the central bridge was replaced with an amide bond, and an isooctyloxy group was introduced at both ends of the pendant liquid crystal unit. A novel jacketed polymer containing an amide bond and a long-chain alkyloxy tail chain was designed. The structure was determined by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The structure and molecular weight were determined by infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography.The thermal properties of the polymer were investigated by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). TGA show a decomposition temperature of 378.7 ℃. In the DSC curves, the glass transition temperature is not obvious, and the birefringence of the liquid crystal is not found in POM. This may be due to the introduction of isooctyloxy group, which leads to a decrease in the jacketed effect and makes the polymer non-oriented.
