摘要
目的:探讨三金片与复方甲硝唑栓联用对老年性阴道炎的治疗价值。方法:收集2016年7月至2018年6月江西康宁医院收治的老年性阴道炎患者80例,按照治疗方案不同分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予复方甲硝唑栓治疗,睡前阴道给药,1次/d。观察组在对照组的基础上,口服三金片,3片/次,3次/d。均治疗4周。观察疗效以及促卵泡生成素(FSH)、血清雌二醇(E2)、白细胞介素(IL)-1b水平和阴道酸碱度(pH)的变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的FSH、E2水平均明显升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);而IL-1b、pH水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三金片与复方甲硝唑栓联用对老年性阴道炎疗效显著,患者FSH、E2、IL-1b、pH水平改善较好,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic value of Sanjin tablet combined with compound metronidazole suppository in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods:Eighty cases of senile vaginitis patients admitted to Kangning Hospital of Jiangxi from July 2016 to June 2018 were collected,and according to different treatment schemes divided into an observation group and a control group with 40 cases each.The control group was treated with compound metronidazole suppository and vaginal administration was before sleep,once a day.On the basis of the control group,the observation group took Sanjin tablet,3 tablets/time,3 times/day.All patients were treated for 4 weeks.The effect and the changes of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),serum estradiol(E2),interleukin(IL)-1b level and vaginal pH(pH)were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 92.50%of the observation group,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,FSH and E2 levels of the two groups increased significantly(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the levels of IL-1b and pH decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Sanjin tablet and compound metronidazole suppository has significant effect on senile vaginitis,and FSH,E2,IL-1b and pH levels of the patients are improved better,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
