摘要
针对职业院校汽车运用与维修专业人才培养效果还有待进一步提高的现状,结合个人教学实际和德国双元制职业教学模式的经验,对其原因和解决办法进行了思考,认为德国"双元制"教学模式及其在教育教学过程中体现出来的教育思想是可以借鉴的。并提出了解决办法,即课程设置和教学评价标准合理化,加强校企合作,提高教师专业素质等。
In view of the current situation that the training effect of automobile application and maintenance professionals in vocational colleges needs to be further improved,combined with the personal teaching practice and the experience of German dual system vocational teaching mode,the author thinks that the German dual system teaching mode and the educational ideas embodied in the teaching process can be used for reference.The solution is to rationalize the curriculum and teaching evaluation standards,strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,and improve the profes-sional quality of teachers.
