摘要
深化产教融合,重在校企协同、合作育人。湖南软件职业学院通过校企深度合作七年的实践,形成了"五个共同"的校企"双主体"育人特色,在此基础上,进一步挖掘校企双方新动能,遵循"产教融合、共建共享、互利共赢"原则,构建"六化一体"生产性实训基地校企共建模式,形成了"六化一体"生产性实训基地校企共建长效机制,有效解决了学校教育教学与企业生产经营之间的矛盾,切实提升了校企协同育人水平和人才培养质量。
To deepen the integration of production and education should focus on school-enterprise collaboration and cooperation in educating people. For Hunan Software Vocational College, the characteristic of "five commons" and "dual-subject" cultivation model has been formed through the seven-year practice of deepening school-enterprise cooperation. Then, it further follows the principles of "integration of production and education, joint construction and sharing, mutual benefit and win-win" to co-build the school-enterprise educational model of "sixinone" for productive practical training base, and also set out the corresponding long-term mechanism, which will solve the contradictions effectively between school education and enterprise production, and also improve the level of school-enterprise collaborative education and the quality of personnel training.
