同步热放化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的效果及对细胞增殖凋亡相关蛋白表达的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨中晚期宫颈癌患者应用同步热放化疗对其细胞增殖凋亡相关蛋白表达产生的影响。方法随机抽取64例中晚期宫颈癌患者,根据患者就诊顺序将其随机分为2组,参照组(n=32)患者接受同步放化疗,研究组(n=32)患者接受同步热放化疗。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为65.62%,参照组患者治疗总有效率为46.87%,2组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗中研究组患者VEGF蛋白阳性表达强度明显较参照组患者VEGF蛋白阳性表达强度分布情况减弱(P<0.05)。治疗中研究组患者C-myc蛋白阳性率表达强度明显较参照组患者C-mycVEGF蛋白阳性率表达强度分布情况减弱(P<0.05)。结论中晚期宫颈癌患者应用同步热放化疗,可使肿瘤VEGF表达强度得到明显降低,使肿瘤血管形成减少,并可发挥肿瘤增殖及转移抑制效果,而且还可使C-myc蛋白阳性表达强度减弱。此外同步热放化疗还能够发挥协同增强作用,进而提升临床治疗效果。 Objective To explore the effect of application of concurrent hyperthermia-chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer on the expression of proliferation and apoptosis of cells.Methods 64 patients with advanced cervical cancer were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the order of visit.The control group(n=32)was treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy,and the study group(n=32)was treated with synchronized thermoradiotherapy and chemotherapy.Results Total effective rate of the study group was 65.62%,and that of the control group was 46.87%(P<0.05).Expression intensity of VEGF in the study group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Expression intensity of C-myc in the study group was significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of concurrent hyperthermia-chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer can significantly lower the expression intensity of VEGF,reduce the formation of tumor blood vessels and inhibit tumor proliferation and metastasis,meanwhile,which can lower the expression intensity of C-myc,plays a synergistic potentiation,and can significantly improve the clinical treatment efficacy.
