摘要
文章讨论了不同引发剂对聚羧酸减水剂的影响,采用凝胶渗透色谱法对产品进行了测试,结果表明:过硫酸铵作为引发剂更适合与小单体是马来酸酐的反应;而氧化还原体系即过硫酸铵与双氧水作引发剂,或双氧水与维C作引发剂更适合于小单体是丙烯酸的聚合反应.
The effects of different initiators on polycarboxylate superplasticizer were discussed.The product was tested by gel permeation chromatography.The results show that:Ammonium persulfate as initiator is more suitable for the reaction with the small monomer is maleic anhydride.Ammonium persulfate and hydrogen peroxide as initiator,or hydrogen peroxide and vitamin C as initiator,is more suitable for the polymerization of small monomer is acrylic acid.
