摘要
根据减水剂的"吸附-分散"作用机理,通过一步法使改性聚醚与不饱和羧酸共聚,在引入阴离子表面活性基团的条件下,制备出一种具有羧基、羟基、磺酸基等阴离子活性基团的高性能聚羧酸保坍剂。通过对掺加该聚羧酸保坍剂进行水泥净浆流动度试验、水泥适应性试验、混凝土应用性能试验以及对其进行红外光谱分析,测试聚羧酸保坍剂的性能。
Based on the "adsorption-dispersion" mechanism of polycarboxylate water reducer, under the condition of the introduction of anionic surface active groups, this paper compounded a high performance of carboxyl, hydroxyl, sulfa anionic active groups polycarboxylic slump retaining admixture by one-step method modified polyether with unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer. By experiment with polycarboxylic adding slump retaining admixture for cement slurry flu- idity test, cement adaptability test, concrete application performance test and the infrared spectrum analysis, the per- formance of the potycarboxylic slump retaining admixture was tested.
