摘要
目的探究标准化病人在妇产科护理实践教学中的应用价值。方法将120名中职护理专业二年级学生为研究对象,分设对照组和观察组,每组随机分配60例。对照组采用传统教学方式,理论学习后,利用模型进行实践教学,观察组采用标准化病人教学方法,利用标准化病人进行实践教学,锻炼学生与患者的沟通交流能力及临床操作能力。结果观察组学习情况评价表和考核成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统教学方法相比,标准化病人教学方法在妇产科护理实践教学中的应用价值大,教学效果好,有助于提高学生学生临床操作能力及思维能力。
Objective To explore the application value of standardized patients in the practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 120 secondary school nursing students were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups the control group and observation group.Each group was randomly assigned 60 cases.The control group adopts the traditional teaching method.After the theoretical study,the model is used for practical teaching.The observation group adopts standardized patient teaching methods,uses standardized patients for practical teaching,and exercises the communication and clinical ability of students and patients.Results The evaluation scores and assessment scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,the standardized patient teaching method has great application value and good teaching effect in the practical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing,which is helpful to improve the students'clinical operation ability and thinking ability.
