高渗储层非稳态实验中计算含油率的一种方法

摘要 由于以往通过拟合平均含水饱和度和无因次注入倍数的关系求取含油率的方法,拟合精度都不高,有必要提出拟合精度更高的方法。在非稳态相渗实验中发现累计注入量与累计产油量的比值和累计注入量存在很好的线性关系,根据这种线性关系把累计产油量表示成累计注入量的函数,再把平均含水饱和度表示成无因次累计注入倍数的函数,然后求导得到含油率,最后通过JBN方法即可得到油水相对渗透率曲线。新方法优于指数拟合法、多项式拟合法和分段对数拟合法,还可以预测岩心出口端的最大产油量。累计注入量与累计产油量的比值和累计注入量的统计规律还可以检验实验数据的准确性,对非稳态油水相渗实验数据的处理有一定的指导意义,因此建议将此新方法应用于非稳态相渗实验数据的处理。 For the previous calculating methods of the oil-bearing rate obtained by fitting the relationship between the average water saturation and dimensionless injection multiple, the fit precisions were rather lower, so it is necessary to propose the method with much higher fit precision. In the experiment of the unsteady phase infiltration, it was found that there is the good linear relationship between the ratio of the cumulative injection to the cumulative oil production and cumulative injection. According to this linear relationship, the cumulative oil production was expressed as the function of the cumulative injection volume, and the average water saturation was expressed as the function of the dimensionless cumulative injection multiple. Then the oil-bearing rate was obtained by the derivation. Finally, the oil-water relative permeability curves could be obtained by JBN method. The new method is superior to exponential fitting method, polynomial fitting method and sectional logarithmic fitting method, and furthermore it can also predict the maximal oil production at the core outlet. The statistical rule between the ratio of the cumulative injection to the cumulative oil production and the cumulative injection can also test the accuracy of the experimental data, which has a certain guiding significance for the processing of the experimental data of the unsteady oil-water phase permeabilities. Therefore, it is suggested that this new method can be applied to the processing of the experimental data of the unsteady phase permeability.
