摘要
溶磷微生物对土壤中难溶无机磷的转化具有重要作用,在生产中,磷肥的施用是否会对溶磷微生物的接种效果产生影响,如何实现溶磷菌肥和磷肥的合理施用,是值得深入探讨的问题。以玉米、花生、小麦为试验作物,在使用磷肥的条件下,通过溶磷菌株青霉菌P8对作物生物量、吸磷量和土壤有效磷含量影响的研究,探讨磷肥对青霉菌P8接种效果的影响。结果表明,盆栽试验第1茬,与单施磷肥相比,施用磷肥同时接种青霉菌未明显增加玉米、花生的生物量,但是接种青霉菌P8促进了对磷素的吸收;盆栽试验第2茬,在土壤有效磷降低的情况下,青霉菌P8显著增加了玉米、花生的生物量和吸磷量,而且青霉菌P8具有较强的溶磷后效,接种青霉菌P8的土壤有效磷含量高于不接种处理的土壤;在小麦盆栽试验中,接种青霉菌P8增产作用显著,随着P8菌剂用量的增加小麦生物量逐渐提高,青霉菌与磷肥配合施用可以有效地提高小麦吸磷能力;使用磷肥能够提高青霉菌P8在土壤中的存活数量,灭菌土壤青霉菌P8的生存效果高于非灭菌土壤。
Phosphorus-soluble microorganisms play an important role in the transformation of insoluble inorganic phosphorus in soil.Whether the application of phosphorus fertilizer will affect the inoculation effect of phosphorus-soluble microorganisms in production,and how to realize the rational application of phosphorus-soluble microorganism fertilizer and phosphorus fertilizer are worthy of further discussion.In this paper,corn,peanut and wheat were used as experimental crops.Under the condition of using phosphorus fertilizer,the effects of phosphorus-soluble strain Penicillium P8 on crop biomass,phosphorus uptake and soil available phosphorus content were studied,and the effects of phosphorus fertilizer on the inoculation effect of Penicillium P8 were discussed.The results showed that the biomass of maize and peanut was not significantly increased by inoculating Penicillium sp. at the same time in the first crop of pot experiment,compared with the single crop of phosphorus fertilizer,but the phosphorus uptake was promoted by inoculating Penicillium sp. 8.In the second crop of pot experiment,Penicillium sp. 8 significantly increased the biomass and phosphorus uptake of maize and peanut,and Penicillium sp. 8 had higher phosphorus uptake.The effective phosphorus content of the soil inoculated with Penicillium P8 was higher than that of the soil without inoculation.In the pot experiment of wheat,the yield of the soil inoculated with Penicillium P8 increased significantly.With the increase of P8 dosage,the biomass of wheat increased gradually,and the phosphorus uptake ability of wheat was effectively improved by the combination of Penicillium and phosphorus fertilizer.The survival of Penicillium P8 in soil was improved by using phosphorus fertilizer.The survival rate of Penicillium P8 in sterilized soil was higher than that in non-sterilized soil.
