摘要
菌株BL-11、BL-12、BL-21、BL-22是自行分离得到的4株具有解磷能力的细菌,经鉴定为侧孢芽孢杆菌(Bacilluslaterosporus)。实验分别以Ca3(PO4)2、氧化乐果和水胺硫磷为唯一磷源,接种4株菌,在30℃、180rmin条件培养4d后,以钼蓝比色法测上清液中的水溶性磷含量。在以Ca3(PO4)2为唯一磷源的培养液体中菌株BL-11、BL-12的解磷能力分别为10.91%和7.34%,均高于菌株BL-21、BL-22;而在以水胺硫磷为唯一磷源的培养液中,菌株BL-21、BL-22的解磷能力显著好于菌株BL-11、BL-12,解磷效率分别为58.98%和75.50%;而在以氧化乐果为唯一磷源的培养液中,菌株BL-21、BL-22的解磷效率分别为32.66%和29.10%,均高于菌株BL-11、BL-12。
Four strains BL-11,BL-12,BL-21,BL-22 were identified to be Bacillus laterosporus . They were inoculated into a 250ml Erlenmeyer flask containing 50 ml of the media with Ca 3(PO 4) 2 or organophorus pesticide as the only phosphorus source. The flasks were cultivated on a rotary shaker at 30℃ for 4 days under agitation of 180 r/min, then phosphorus in the medium were measured by different methods. The results indicated that strains BL-11,BL-12 had much more ability of decomposing in Ca 3(PO 3) 2, the effective phosphorus were respectively up to 10.91% and 7.34%. Moreover strains BL-21 and BL-22 could decomposed organicphosphorus strongly and were superior to strains BL-11 and BL-12, the effective phosphorus were tested respectively up to 58.98%,75.50% in isocarbophos medium and were respectively to be 29.10%,32.66% in omethoate medium.
