摘要
以学生和学习为中心是当前的主流思想,传统的教学存在一定的问题,新的方法在交通工程专业的人才培养过程中,不断进行实验,得出了在专业培养中,应该在话语权分配机制、学生选择权的平衡机制、不同类别知识等方面进行差别对待。只有这样,才能使“以学生和学习为中心”落在实处,培养出更加优异的人才。
Taking students and learning as the center is a mainstream thought at present.There are certain problems in traditional teaching.In the talent cultivation of the traffic engineering major,we continuously experimented the new method,and found that in professional training,the distribution mechanism,the balance mechanism of students'right to choose,and different types of knowledge should be treated differently.Only in this way can we implement"taking students and learning as the center"and cultivate more outstanding talents.
