摘要
在新的时代背景下,大学生思想政治教育正面临着国内外形势深刻变化、学生群体日益多元、现代媒体全面渗透等新形势、新情况和新挑战,也存在着对思想政治教育工作的认识不足重视不够以及体制不全机制不活、内容陈旧方式单一、队伍不稳评价滞后等主客观难题,高校必须正视问题、直面挑战、与时俱进,不断更新思政教育理念、完善教学体系、创新施教方法载体、构建"三位一体"的政工队伍和"一体化"的育人格局,进一步加强和改进新形势下大学生思政工作,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的"中国梦"提供人才支撑。
Ideological and political education work of college students have faced with new situations and challenges in the New Era, such as situations at home and abroad have changed deeply, diversified college students groups, and modern media fully penetrated. Subjective and objective problems are still existing, for instance, insufficient understanding of ideological and political education,insufficient system, ineffective mechanism, single outdated content, unstable team, lagging evaluation, etc. College must confront these problems, face challenge, keep the pace with the times, update ideological and political education theory constantly, and rebuild theory system;innovate carriers of teaching methods, build "Holy Trinity" of administrative team and "integration" new patterns of education,and strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of college students under the new situation, thus providing talents support for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation’s "Chinese dream".
