摘要
目的比较三种擦拭方法在放射治疗固定装置表面处置方法的应用效果。方法将2017年6月~8月我院90位胸腹部肿瘤患者及其使用的真空袋随机分为A组(含氯消毒剂组)、B组(含季铵盐消毒湿纸巾组)、C组(含清水组)三组,每组30例。比较各组擦拭前后物表的致病菌和条件致病菌及空气细菌培养结果。结果A、B两组24 h内杀菌率均大于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中A、B两组干预后4 h杀菌率分别为(95.38±3.21)、(97.04±3.19),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后6 h杀菌率分别为(93.56±2.79)、(85.24±7.29),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普通的清水擦拭不能满足Ⅲ类物体表面清洁度的要求,4 h内含氯消毒剂和季铵盐消毒湿巾两者擦拭均能满足物体表面所需消毒标准的要求。
Objective To compare the application effects of three methods of wiping methods on the surface treatment of radiotherapy fixed devices.Methods From June to August 2017,90 patients with chest and abdomen tumors in our hospital and their vacuum bags were randomly divided into three groups,such as group A(chlorine disinfectant group),group B(quaternary ammonium salt disinfection wipes group),and group C(including Qingshui group),with 30 cases in each group.The results of pathogenic bacteria,conditional pathogenic bacteria,and air bacteria culture on the surface of each group before and after wiping were compared.Results The bactericidal rate in group A and B within 24 h was greater than that in group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Among them,the bactericidal rates within 4 h of the two groups of A and B were(95.38±3.21)and(97.04±3.19),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),The bactericidal rates at 6 h after intervention were(93.56±2.79)and(85.24±7.29),respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ordinary clean water wipe can not meet the requirements of surface cleanliness of class III objects.Both the chlorine disinfectant and the quaternary ammonium disinfection wipes within 4 h can meet the requirements of the disinfection standard required for the surface of the object.
