医务人员手及物体表面两种采样方法细菌检测的对比研究

摘要 目的探讨医务人员手采用指印(定量)法及物体表面采用直接划线法的采样方法,以方便临床医护人员操作,减少人为污染。方法分别采用指印(定量)法及直接划线法对医务人员手及临床科室物体表面进行采样,同时进行病原菌检测,比较两种采样方法细菌检测结果,数据采用SPASS16.0软件进行处理,计数资料用χ2检验;计量资料用t检验。结果医务人员手在消毒前用两种方法采样合格率分别为46.67%、45.00%,细菌菌落数分别为(42.67±31.30)、(43.18±29.96)CFU/cm2,革兰阴性菌检出率分别为41.38%、43.86%,差异均无统计学意义;物体表面在消毒前用两种方法采样合格率分别为55.00%、51.67%,细菌菌落数分别为(51.07±36.20)、(52.33±34.76)CFU/cm2,革兰阴性菌检出率分别为42.86%、39.13%,差异均无统计学意义。结论指印(定量)法及直接划线法可替代传统采样方法,特别适合临床医护人员采样。 OBJECTIVE To explore two sampling methods, one in the fingerprint method (quantitative) by medical staff hands and the other in scraping line method by object surfaces, so as to make it convenient for medical staff operation and reducing artificially contaminate. METHODS The fingerprint method (quantitative) and the scraping line method were used to take samples from medical staff hands and object surfaces, meanwhile the pathogenic bacteria testing was performed. Testing results of bacteria in two different methods were compared, data were analyzed hy software SPASS16.0, enumeration data by χ2 test and measurement data by t test. RESULTS Before disinfection, the bacterial counts of the medical staff hand were(42.67 ±31.30)CFU/cm2 , (43.18 ±29.96)CFU/ cm2 ,the qualified rates were 46.67±45.00% respectively,among which the detection rates of the gram-negative bacteria were 41.38% ,43.86% ,and all the differences were not significant. Bacterial counts of the object surface were(51. 07 ± 36. 20) CFU/cm2, (52.33 ±34. 76) CFU/cm2, the qualified rates were 55. 00±51.67% respectively, among which the detection rates of the gram-negative bacteria were 42. 86%, 39.13%, and all the differences were not significant. CONCLUSION The fingerprint method (quantitative) and the scraping line method could replace traditional sampling methods, which especially suitable for medical staff.
