摘要
目的分析经咽鼓管注射桉柠蒎在放射性中耳炎治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在本院就诊的94例放射性中耳炎患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方案差异分为参照组与研究组,各47例。参照组给予鼓膜穿刺术,注入地塞米松+桉柠蒎溶液进行治疗。研究组给予咽鼓管置管术,地塞米松和桉柠蒎用法剂量同参照组。记录并对比两组治疗效果、气骨导听阀值、鼓室导抗图的峰压值变化差异。结果研究组总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);两组气骨导听阀值、鼓室导抗图的峰压值与治疗前比较均明显降低,且研究组下降幅度大于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对放射性中耳炎患者给予经咽鼓管注射桉柠蒎治疗可明显改善患者听力障碍症状,促进听力功能恢复,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of Eucalyptus and limonine injection through eustachian tube in the treatment of radiation otitis media.Methods A total of 94 patients with otitis media treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the difference of treatment schemes,the patients were divided into the reference group and the research group,with 47 cases in each group.The reference group was given tympanocentesis and injected with dexamethasone+Eucalyptus solution for treatment.The research group was given eustachian tube catheterization,and the dosage of dexamethasone and Eucalyptus was the same as the control group.Record and compare the difference of therapeutic effect,threshold of air-bone conduction and peak pressure of tympanogram between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The threshold value of air-bone conduction and peak pressure of tympanogram in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the decrease range of the research group was greater than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Eucalyptus citronella injection through eustachian tube can significantly improve the symptoms of hearing impairment and promote the recovery of hearing function in patients with radiation otitis media,which is worthy of promotion.
