摘要
目的探讨盐酸左氧氟沙星滴耳液对急性化脓性中耳炎患者的临床疗效观察。方法选取自2017年8月至2018年8月于抚顺矿务局总医院病房接受治疗的急性化脓性中耳炎患者60例,试验组与对照组均应用信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用氯霉素治疗方案。试验组30例,应用左氧氟沙星治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后临床疗效及不良反应发生率、复发率变化情况。结果对照组不良反应16.67%,复发率23.33%,临床总有效率86.67%;试验组不良反应6.67%,复发率10.00%,临床总有效率96.67%;差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性化脓性中耳炎患者应用左氧氟沙星滴耳液后,耳内菌群感染控制理想,药物敏感性强,有效抑制不良反应症状及感染复发,临床疗效优异,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Ear Drops on acute suppurative otitis media.Methods 60 patients with acute suppurative otitis media who were treated in the ward of General Hospital of Fushun Mining Bureau from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected.The experimental group and the control group were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method.The control group had 30 cases treated with chloramphenicol.In the experimental group,30 patients were treated with levofloxacin.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence rates of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of levofloxacin ear drops in patients with acute suppurative otitis media is excellent and worthy of clinical promotion.
