摘要 定制公交作为发展公共交通的新型出行方式,在缓解城市道路拥堵方面具有显著成效.从需求侧分析用户需求和定制公交运行需求,评价定制公交模式.通过发放调查问卷收集西安市居民出行数据,共收回有效问卷622份.首先基于用户需求,运用spss软件建立居民选择定制公交出行意愿影响因素的意愿-职业/收入回归模型,分析定制公交实施的可行性.其次,针对定制公交运行需求,拟定站点、线路和制定票价,基于Logit选择模型对比客流分担率变化,讨论开通定制公交的必要性和合理性.结果表明,西安市居民中高薪通勤用户对定制公交具有强烈需求,定制公交出行意愿与职业、收入有关,站点选择应覆盖较多居住区设置1~2个为宜,票价建议制定为8元,开通定制公交后,私家车和公交车分担率分别减少7.35%和7.68%,有效缓解城市道路早晚高峰拥挤情况,从用户需求和运行需求方面为西安市开通定制公交提供理论支持. The customized public transport,as a new mode of travel for the development of public transportation,has achieved significant results in reducing urban road congestion.The needs of user and the customized bus operation needs from the demand side are analysed,and the customized bus modes are evaluated.In order to collect travel data of Xi'an residents by issuing questionnaires,a total of 622 valid questionnaires is received.Firstly,based on the needs of user the SPSS software is used to establish a willingness-occupation/income regression model on the influencing factors that affect residents willingness to choose a customized trip,and the feasibility of customizing the implementation of public transport is analysed.Secondly,according to the needs of bus operation,the station route selection and fare formulation are formulated,comparing of passenger flow sharing rate based on Logit selection model,and discuss the necessity and rationality of customized buses.The results show that for Xi'an residents,high-paying commuters have a strong demand for custom buses.The willingness to travel for custom buses is related to occupation and income.Station selection should cover more residential areas.It is advisable to set 1 or 2 fares.After the launch of customized buses,the share of private cars and buses decreased by 7.35%and 7.68%respectively,alleviating morning and evening peak congestion on urban roads effectively,and providing theoretical support for the opening of customized buses in Xi'an from the perspective of user needs and operational needs.
