摘要
本文以拟议中的京津间提高铁路旅客列车速度的方案为背景,建立起两个特大城市对外交通的分担率预测模型。进而对提高旅客列车速度这一技术政策的实施进行系统综合评价,反映技术进步所带来的系统效益和生产力的提高。
In this paper,a model which is used to forcast the distri butionrate of external traffic between two Chinese huge cities built on the back-ground of the planniiig program of raising the passanger train’s speed Bei-jing and Tianjin. On the base moreover,the authors evaluates synthetically this program to reveal the systematic effficti-noess and raising of Productive forces by progress of technique.
