摘要
长沙冰雪世界工程屋盖钢结构承载屋顶水乐园,承载力要求高,由钢管立柱、主桁架、次桁架及环桁架组成,最大单榀桁架重990t。针对工程特点,钢桁架安装采用楼面拼装、液压提升的施工方法。详细介绍桁架拼装流程、精度及变形控制,阐述钢桁架背拉式提升技术。主桁架提升利用已安装完成的格构钢管立柱作为支撑,采用背拉式提升技术减少提升过程中悬臂柱变形,提升到位后进行桁架与钢柱对接。本工程所采用的液压提升技术先进,桁架提升过程顺利可靠,攻克了矿坑重型钢结构施工难度大的问题。
The roof steel structure of Changsha Ice Snow World project bears the roof water park with high bearing capacity requirements.It is composed of steel pipe column,main truss,secondary truss and ring truss.The largest single truss weighs 990t.According to the characteristics of the project,the steel truss installation adopts the construction methods of floor assembly and hydraulic lifting.The assembly process,accuracy and deformation control of trusses are introduced in detail.The back-pull lifting technology of steel trusses is described.The main truss lifting uses the installed lattice steel pipe column as the support,and the back-pull lifting technology is used to reduce the deformation of cantilever column in the lifting process.After the lifting is in place,the truss and steel column are connected.The hydraulic lifting technology adopted in the project is advanced,and the truss lifting process is smooth and reliable,which overcomes the difficulty of heavy steel structure construction in the mine.
