摘要
复杂大型公共建筑和超高层建筑结构中复杂节点受力复杂,其抗震性能研究是设计过程中的关键环节。为此,以某实际工程中采用的钢-混凝土组合柱复杂节点为研究对象,选取了3个关键转换梁柱节点,各节点主要由钢管混凝土柱与型钢梁或钢筋混凝土梁组合形成,按照1∶6的缩尺比例进行节点抗震性能试验研究。试验中考察了节点破坏形态、裂缝开展情况,并分析了荷载-位移滞回曲线、骨架曲线、承载力及刚度退化特征、延性及耗能能力等抗震性能指标。试验结果表明:节点抗震性能和抗震构造措施满足设计要求,符合“强柱弱梁”和“强节点弱构件”设计原则;不对称梁-中空圆钢管混凝土叠合柱节点的钢箱梁截面较大,其梁端承载能力最大;Y形柱连接转换节点的位移延性系数较大,比其他节点的变形能力更好;带斜撑的圆钢管混凝土柱节点耗能能力最差,另外两个节点的耗能表现相对较好;各节点塑性铰破坏部位宜采取增设加劲肋等加强措施。
Due to the complicated mechanism of complex connections in large-scale public buildings and super high-rise structures,it is important to investigate the seismic behavior of complex connections under different seismic loading conditions for the design and construction of the super high-rise structures.The complex connections formed by steel-concrete composite columns and reinforced concrete or steel beams subjected to different quasi-static low cycle loads were experimentally investigated based on a practical project.Three different 1∶6 scaled specimens were subjected to low cycle loads.The seismic behavior of the complex connections,including failure mechanism,crack growth paths,load-displacement hysteresis curves,skeleton curves,strength and stiffness degradation characteristics,ductility and energy dissipation capacity,were systematically investigated.The experimental results illustrate that the seismic behavior and configuration details of the connections can meet the design requirements and satisfy the principle of‘strong column and weak beam’and‘strong connection and weak member’.The steel box beam of the asymmetric beams to hollow circular steel tube-concrete laminated column connection has the highest load-bearing capacity with a larger section.The ductility of the Y-shaped column transfer connection is better than other connection specimens.The energy dissipation capacity of the circular concrete-filled steel tubular column connection with the inclined brace is the worst,while the other two connection specimens show relatively better energy dissipation performance.Moreover,the steel beam and ring beam in plastic hinge zone should add stiffeners or be thickened.
